Business Hours
Our team is available Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm PST. We aim to respond to emails within 24 business hours of receiving them. You can also reach us by phone at 1-800-263-4387. Our phone lines are open from 9 am to 5 pm PST Monday through Thursday, and from 9 am to 1 pm PST on Fridays.
If you haven’t received a response from us, please be sure to check your spam or promotional folders, especially if you are using a Gmail account, as our replies sometimes end up there.

International Shipments: We currently only ship to the USA. Most products are available on iHerb which has excellent international shipping. Go to the Real Mushrooms iHerb Store. If you are outside of the USA, you are welcome to use a freight forwarder service like ShipItTo. This provides you with a US address that you can ship to which will then complete the shipping to your final destination.
European Customers: See our Amazon.co.uk store or our iHerb Store. We will continue to roll out products into the UK and EU in 2023.

Practitioners: If you are a health practitioner who would like to use our products in your practice, you can submit an application through our practitioner program.
Retailers: We are not currently opening any new retail accounts at this time.
International Shipping: We currently ship only to the USA and Canada through our website. You can also find us on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca. For customers outside these regions, most of our products are available through iHerb, which offers reliable international delivery. European customers can also find our products on Amazon.co.uk.
