This amazing recipe is all about simplicity in terms of the ingredients used. The result is fantastic! What is even cooler about this recipe is that you might already have most of these ingredients on hand.

One side note: You are welcome to try any of the Real Mushrooms powders here. Reishi 415, Chaga, Cordyceps-M or Lion’s Mane could be fun to incorporate into the mix.

  1. Cream all ingredients together by hand or mixer to form a smooth almond butter mixture.
  2. Spread the almond butter layer evenly in a parchment-lined 8x8 baking pan.
  3. Melt the chocolate and mix with cocoa powder to enhance flavor.
  4. Pour the melted mix over the first layer to create a rich chocolate layer.
  5. Sprinkle crumbles of chocolate, chocolate chips, or even chopped nuts over the top to add texture.
  6. Freeze for 3 hours until firm.
  7. Lift ends of parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy delicious fudge bites!
  8. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for a lasting healthy fudge treat.

This chocolate fudge delight, approved for vegan recipes, is a must-try for dessert lovers.
